Purchased a new door and had it installed on 6/3/22. When installer finished and started removing protective covering over the glass, a crack was found in the corner. It is now 9/19/22 and Bender has yet to replace the door. We contact them every 2 weeks and get the same “run around” story each time. Definitely stay away from this company, very poor customer service.Edit: miraculously, 2 hours after posting this negative review, a new door shows up on our porch. … See more
