They did a great job helping sell our building but when the last payment distribution came, they "accidentally" sent my over 10k check to a different person with my name in a totally different town. I found out 2 years after the fact this happened. They did send a check right away but refused to pay interest on the 2 years missed. 4 other people got their check 2 years earlier. Disgraceful and mismanaged.

Beware of this lawfirm they got together with a shady property manager in hoa to try illegally seize my property they don't do debt validation. If you ever receive collection letter from this lawfirm just lawyer up don't waste your time calling them you will get yelled cursed at hungup on they will threathen to foreclose your house if you don't cough up whatever money theyre demanding even if you don't owe it they should be investigated
