The customer service is terrible in the showroom. They are slow to respond if at all. picking up materials from the showroom is a nightmare. A simple thing like picking up an order is so convoluted it can take over an hr. If you can get what you need elsewhere do so. They are Overpriced on top of the bad service. The guys at the counter and the plumbing supply aspect of the business is very good.
I’ve been dealing with Lorraine Lindsay for close to 30 yrs. She extremely knowledgeable about everything thing Bender carry’s and a joy to work with. Thanks for everything Sam Wirth
I worked with Hernan Valencia in the Norwalk Bender showroom. I ordered a vanity from them. It was a part of a new construction project. Unfortunately the contractor had an error estimating the space for the vanity. Hernan spent a lot of time with me trying to do everything he could to help correct the problem. The customer service was a 10/10. The vanity was high quality as well. You can tell what you are paying for with Bender customer service and product.
