Our sister has been there for several weeks after a stroke & severe hemorrhage from her brain. We live in California and came up for several days to check on her and visit. The staff were excellent and my sister is so happy to be there. We actually had dinner with her one evening (3 of us) and were not charged at all and the food was great. We left back to California knowing our sister is in good care.
What a pleasant place to recover from a traumatic medical experience. The staff is understanding, VERY helpful in every way and all were friendly and pleasant. Of course there were times that the staff was busy and late for some calls but compared to other homes (I was in a couple of others) this was like a spa. I love my job feels like coming home family environment, also enjoy make my patients happy
Beautiful facility and amenities. My mother is staying there and her quality of care has been inconsistent. Unfortunately the nurses' attentiveness has been unreliable. The response time regarding patient needs and medication administration has been late and variable. I would not recommend this place again unless the nursing care improves.
The staff is just a delight. So caring. This place is like a hotel, and I am at ease knowing my mother is getting great care.
