on January 18th my grandmother passed away from covid-19 , I do not recommend that you put your mother your father your grandmother your grandfather or anybody else in this facility for any reason , the amount of negligence I can't even explain they opened up a covid-19 in an old folks home which makes absolutely no sense to me why would you put covid-19 people in the same building or we as somebody that is acceptable to getting it such as old folks people without great immune systems I'm sad to say I had to go say goodbye t... read more
RecommendedMy dear friend has been here for 3 weeks and has received attentive and kind treatment from the staff. In addition, I have called the front desk several times asking them to do things that are truly outside what is expected and they have been very responsive!!!
Bend Transitional Care I’m Laura’s brother and experienced the same. Your receptionist is rude, every time I tried to talk, she’d talk over me. She lied to me saying she can’t connect long distance to the patients room and when I called her out on it, telling her I called yesterday and someone connected me straight through, (btw, the orderly hung up on me after 2 minutes) all she kept asking was “who” was that? Phones do not work calling into patient’s room. The landlines do not call outside 541 area code. Receptionist lied about how often my Dad had visitors. They take a message asking for your phone number saying they will call back and do NOT.
RecommendedPhysical Therapist and Occupational Therapist here are amazing.
It was a tossup between the two facilities in Bend, and we chose the right one! The team at Bend Transitional Care is top notch, professional, caring and compassionate. My mother is well cared for, loved, and the food is very good too. We are happy to call this place home. Keep up the good work team BTC.
they did what they had to to get me strong enough to go home. very dedicated staff. they go 90mph to get all their work done. hard workers
