RecommendedWe stayed there this weekend. We had a quiet room, the front desk staff was super nice (especially Tamra). We enjoyed the breakfast burritos in the morning. The room was clean and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
DO NOT use this place!! I’ve been at the nursing home for over a week as my mom is in her final days of life and this place refuses to refund our money for a night of our trip we had to cancel so I could spend time with her. They canceled but kept the money. Leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Quality Inn altogether!!
Smelled like cat pee . Bed spread dirty . Toilet backed up . Disgusting .
It's really nice to stay clean and quiet place if ever we have again a project to my company here in bend Oregon I'll come back again to this hotel
