Bend Glass & Mirror overall, but specifically Tyler, were outstanding. I had a shower door that was purchased and installed from another party, that in short, was a complete failure and disgrace. I have used Bend Glass and Mirror multiple times for various projects in my home. While the office staff has been helpful and communicative, I believe there could be more transparent communication upfront about what services are offered and any limitations on the work they perform. Unfortunately, my experiences with one particular technician (I believe his name was Taylor or Tyler, the other was polite) have been consistently disappointing. Just had Bend Glass and Mirror update our front door side lights and door light on our home. Getting away from the 80s look to more modern look. They did an awesome job and was reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.
Great service from my first inquiry all the way through installation. They replaced my broken shower door. The new door is fabulous! Great work Bend Glass & Mirror!
