We recently moved and did some renovations of the house we purchased. We wanted to install a steam shower in one of the bathrooms, which required a custom glass shower door order. Bend Glass & Mirror overall, but specifically Tyler, were outstanding. I had a shower door that was purchased and installed from another party, that in short, was a complete failure and disgrace. I had just finished a major shower remodel only to have the door installed completely wrong. I have used Bend Glass and Mirror multiple times for various projects in my home. While the office staff has been helpful and communicative, I believe there could be more transparent communication upfront about what services are offered and any limitations on the work they perform.
