I had a spring on my garage door break at 4:30 pm. I made several calls and one company suggested I go with double springs for $700.00. John called me back immediately after I left a message and he could come the next day and recommended I stay with a single spring at less than 1/2 price of the first quote. Fortunately my daughter and son-in-law were here and we were able to get the door opened and car out and were not trapped until John could come. John is awesome! He replaced my garage door perfectly. I had a kid step on something and mess with the wires. He came back to help me fix it speady fast. He is very responsive and eager to help! Highly recommend using him for any garage door services!
The spring on our garage door broke and both of our cars were trapped inside. John answered the phone on a holiday, Memorial Day, and then came out to fix the garage door. He was kind, professional, and didn't charge extra for our emergency need. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone who needs help with a broken garage door.
John's company name is well chosen! My garage door opener suddenly started going part way up, then part way down and then would stop again...
