You might get SCAMMED! We decided to replace our old AC with Trane system with Bencraft after doing a lot of research and got bunch of quotes in October 2017. I thought by doing that we would save a lot of money fixing. Little did I know, the old AC system we never had to pay anything to fix but the new ones already broke down 3 times over the course of 3 years. Spoke with customer this afternoon and later in the day. We understand their frustration on the breakdowns that have occurred. Trying to contact trane to see if there is anything we can do on the equipment side, labor warranty expired in 2018. On the repair in July we charged 630.00 to replace the compressor. The leaking evaporator coil we charged 714. Customer has already had another company out that said the condensate pump failed, this part still has mfg warranty as well.
