Echoing other reviews that we had a bad experience with Chloe. It is very obvious that you have disdain for your tenants and find it to be a nuisance when people call the office. We also had around a dozen safety issues living at this property involving homeless individuals, and Chloe told us the owner wouldn’t put cameras up or take any other security measures. It is honestly disgraceful that you haven’t at least put a fence up when homeless people are sleeping under tenants windows, filming them in their units, and vandali... read more

This review is for Chloe. Super helpful, great communication. Always nice to have a property manager who is available and attentive to residents' needs.
Please replace Chloe P (Property manager) with someone kind and professional. She has been an absolute nightmare to communicate with since the beginning. Classic Apartment tenants deserve better.
