This review is for Chloe. Super helpful, great communication. Always nice to have a property manager who is available and attentive to residents' needs.
Please replace Chloe P (Property manager) with someone kind and professional. She has been an absolute nightmare to communicate with since the beginning. Classic Apartment tenants deserve better.
Can’t even bother to answer a simple rental inquiry. Judging by the reviews seems I dodged a bullet. Poor customer service but living there and getting financially screwed is much worse. Feel for those people.
SO SO SO BAD. Please avoid. They are so negligent and unresponsive. They have one gal managing all of their properties and she never answers her phone or email. Everyone I have spoken to in my small complex has had the same issue. It’s horrendous.
