They should probably answer their telephone.
This company is very bad with customer service. We ordered something from this company, me the Dr took it to the carrier as we were told. This was Dec 8th 2020.we called the customer service and the Receptionist told us that it was received. We are still getting billed from them. We have called several times to resolve this issue and they are not cooperateive
My son worked for Benco for many years he worked out of Fresno ca .he was well liked by many a dentist .always willing to help and had a heart of gold. He passed away at age 47 of a heart on the job.yes his name was Michael Garcia.never said a negative word of enjoyed his fellow employees happy at what he was doing. THANK YOU BENCO
