I don't want to say anything negative about a company. But this is getting ridiculous. About 6 months ago we ordered a product from Benco. They shipped an entirely different product. Meaning the wrong product was shipped. Don't know how this happens but it did. We returned the product. No problem. Then a few weeks later we received another order from them which we had not placed. They should probably answer their telephone.
This company is very bad with customer service. We ordered something from this company, me the Dr took it to the carrier as we were told. This was Dec 8th 2020.we called the customer service and the Receptionist told us that it was received. We are still getting billed from them. We have called several times to resolve this issue and they are not cooperateive
