Unfortunately very poor service by the service technician.
I don't want to say anything negative about a company. But this is getting ridiculous. About 6 months ago we ordered a product from Benco. They shipped an entirely different product. Meaning the wrong product was shipped. Don't know how this happens but it did. We returned the product. No problem. Then a few weeks later we received another order from them which we had not placed.
