I was disappointed to find out you had dropped my dental insurance and changed to others after these past few years. Now I have to determine whether I need to change dental providers.

Heather is great as always. I don't know the hygienist's name but she was awesome. I have had outstanding service on every visit.
Dr. Damron is kind and attentive. Heather is always a pleasure and greets me so nicely each time I come in. It's a nice experience going to the dentist.
I had a very good experience. Giles, of course, was knowledgeable and helpful as always. His kind spirit is always a joy to be around. Michelle was extremely helpful in giving me tips on how to take care of my teeth. The receptionist was very sweet as well. I would change nothing about my experience!
The reason I rated the appointment "average" is because the second Ivorie tooth whitening treatment was poorly administred. The mouth guard was not properly placed in my mouth, the gel was uneven and there was no further whitening. I asked the technician, Heather about the placement of the tray and she said, "It doesn't matter where you bite because the gel is clear." She also used the expression "get out the way" instead of "get out of the way." This led me to see her as uneducated. I had very little confidence in her. I fe... read more
Everyone was amazing! Heather was working the desk up front and was extremely nice. There was also another Heather who assisted in getting me all set up for my dental x-rays. She made the process more bearable as this is sort of an uncomfortable process. This is the best dental office I've ever been to. You guys made me feel comfortable from the time I checked in to the time I was leaving. Thank you all so much.
