Incredibly difficult to get in contact with. Had to figure out their llc and track them down through the bbb to get a real address. Nice properties though, and they were prompt once my face was in theirs.
So rude and not helpful. All I wanted was to hear the $/sf one of their listing and they made it seem like I was asking for their social security numbers.... definitely do not work with them
Ben and his dad deserve to be run out of town.
