Benchmark has been a great fit for my mother. The staff is courteous, attentive and very well trained in all aspects of senior care. Their sense of urgency is always at a high level. The moment you step into the lobby you can see that this is a place where everyone seems happy and friendly. The facilities are always very clean and well maintained. I would recommend Benchmark to anyone needing assisted senior living.

My mom and dad have called Benchmark at Forge Hill home for about 5 weeks. From the start, this place has continually impressed us. Our initial contact was with Bethany B. who was informative, kind and felt like a friend from the start. She is fantastic at her job! She responded to calls immediately (even on her days off) and never made me feel bad for the millions of questions that I had. My mom moved into Forge Hill 2 weeks ago and the experience for her has been amazing. Previously, she was in several nursing facilities that were outdated, poorly staffed and, basically, she was sitting at the nurses' station for hours without any stimulation or interaction. Within days at Forge Hill, my mom has been active from the minute she is awoken, dressed and ready for the day. The CNA staff is amazing and responds within minutes of her call button. I fell in my room at 12:30 at night. I knew I had broken my hip. After I pushed my pendant, 2 aids were at my door within 4 minutes, assessed the accident, contacted the nurse on call. Notified the rescue squad. Had it not been for their prompt arrival and reaction, I may have remained on the floor without help. I don't know their names but am forever grateful they helped so quickly.

Moved a loved one a few weeks ago into Forge Hill and we couldn't be happier. Bethany B. from the beginning was so very helpful, answering all questions with patience and expertise. Even communicating with us on her day off! She guided us through every step so graciously and never made us feel like we were bothering her even though I know we were haha.
