Update II: This company was bought out last year and has gotten worse. I keep on getting calls from their “call center” about new studies; ppl on phone know very little, can’t answer questions, and give out completely wrong information. Update I: More recent experience with this place was better. ORIGINAL: Most people at Benchmark are friendly, professional and cognizant of the amount of time that trial participants spend there; some are not. They are very unprofessional they sit up here and schedule you appointment and then turn around and cancel the appointment and then tell you that they're full do you sit up here and pre-screen people for studies and then turn around and half of them don't even get to do the study I just feel like it's wrong. I Won't be doing no more studies with them anymore
