Avoid this real estate agency – I would recommend that you use another real estate agent than Jan Fowler and her broker Cameron Yates-DeAngelo. I purchased a home from her in May, 2007. Prior to purchase, I asked that she have a few things repaired. One of the items was to repair the thermostat on the pool/heater. During the walk-through, rather than keeping her from her dinner for two hours while we tested the thermostat, I asked if she had it repaired. She said that she did.
