The worst management team ever!! They don't respond. They never follow through. RUN AWAY
Worst property management I've experienced. They are extremely unprofessional and unresponsive.
This has been the worst experience. I rent an apartment from one of benchmark properties in Florida. I have had nothing but problems with the office. They're very condescending and shrewd. I have Emails back-and-forth between a leasing agent and I proving my points, but the manager refuses to help me. I was given the number to corporate by the manager, but that it doesn't matter because the regional manager will just put it back on the manager to handle.
