Have no sympathy for even those who were good to them. Never late on rent never NOT paid rent. Until last month where after 4 years of being with them they just drop us all because they want to sell the house. How did they expect us to pay last months rent and pay 1st month rent last months rent and deposit on another place! Then change their number cause they cant own up to mistreating great renters!
