I met one of the associates Akram at the property for an inspection with my tenant. I found him to be very knowledgeable and very efficient. Besides that, I’m very happy with the service provided at Benchmark.
I’ve been renting out my family’s home for the past 2 years with Benchmark. They’re always 5 steps ahead making sure things are ready to go so that we don’t lose valuable time.
We love this company. They are fast to respond to any questions we may have. We have had only one maintenance request and it was handled the following day. If they are not in office they tell you exactly when they will be back or who to contact instead. Every contact we have had they are very nice and professional.
My home was completely flooded by my last tenants. BPM hired a water mitigation company and handled all aspects of the repair. When it was done they marketed and found us a new tenant as well.
