Was shown a two bedroom unit to rent, not only was the unit completely overpriced but was also completely outdated and extraordinarily dirty. The building was literally falling apart. I cannot imagine renting from this business.
Benchmark has been great! We have been renting from them for 2 years. Any time I call they are always polite and willing to help me. They always send someone asap if something goes wrong with an appliance (no charge as lomg as its during business hours) or are willing to talk to the owner about possibly negotiating small parts of the lease. I would, and have, recommend them to even my closest friends. Rent price is reasonable and you don't have to deal with the other rental companies in the area that like to nickel and dime ... read more
