I have been a long time patient of Joni Jones on and off as the need in my life arises. Joni has assume diagnostic skills, is a great listener, has a positive attitude and offers good support and affirmations for encouragement thru the process of helping with the healing process. Of course a great physical therapist who has helped me get better, or I wouldn’t keep coming back.
I work with Joni & think she is awesome! I was sent by my dentist, as Joni is (in his words) "the best TMJ physical therapist I've ever worked with!" for jaw-joint (TMJ) pain. She was able to immediately diagnose that it (a) had just begun happening due to clenching my teeth while asleep, (b) was muscular rather than joint related and (c) came up with a set of exercises that have largely reversed the issue! Joni Jones is simply the best!!
I highly recommend Joni...I want her available to me for the rest of my life. She is the only clinician that knows exactly how to get my SI joint back in place. She also eventually recommended a tool that has helped me tremendously!! I have way less SI joint pain than I’ve had in years.
Joni helped me get into orthotics due to foot pain... and it was extremely helpful. She's so customer service oriented, that it makes every interaction a pleasant experience.
Going to Benchmark Physical Therapy has changed my life! I have never experienced such qualified, caring and knowledgeable therapy. I am working with Joni at Benchmark located inside the Sunset Athletic Club. Joni has an incredible depth of knowledge and expertise in understanding what I am dealing with.
