Pauline is amazing. When I first went in I had such bad shoulder pain I could barely use my arm. I had no strength in my arm. Pauline set worked with me and gave me exercises to do at home. In no time the shoulder pain was gone. Now I just need to work on strengthening my arm. I recommend Benchmark Physical Therapy.
These people do not deserve a star. This was my second appointment with this business and they canceled my appointment as I was getting to the building! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They can easily move someone else time 30min as this was their problem that caused the delay but instead they just cancelled .

I came to pick up a client of benchmark in Keizer and waited in the lobby area where chairs are located and commented that I was going to wait here for her and she said ok. The male therapist (he had a man bun, lighter brown hair ) said “oh well it’s not that bad you are just white “ I said what ?!? And he repeated himself. I told him I’m not white I’m actually First Nations and he simply turned away and back to his clientele. Very unprofessional and quite racist.
