I never would have thought I could come so far in six weeks. I could not go to the grocery store by myself or walk straight and my balance was terrible. Today I can do all of those and I have my life back due to their great help! All of the staff are friendly and helpful. I feel at home there.
The experience was VERY positive. I came with many questions about how to address the pain in my shoulder and back and my needs were met. Everyone was so helpful and positive. I know what to do now independently and at the gym. The staff in front were positive as well! Thanks sooo much!
All of the therapists were great. My mobility is 100% better. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with my therapy.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my therapy, yes they all have been exceptionally nice. The therapy has helped tremendously. The place is nice and pleasant. Lori was the best and took care of me.
The staff had warm attitudes and made each visit a positive one. The instructional guidance was excellent and very thorough, teaching me how to do the exercises from home to continue to lower my pain and strengthen my muscles. I highly recommend the dry needle treatment with Jason, which drastically reduced my pain! All the employees are friendly, caring people and I'd recommend them to anyone.
I had excellent results and care during my therapy. My progress was fast and I learned a lot of exercises that will benefit me later on. If I had known all I know leading before when I had ankle problems, I could have saved myself a lot of unnecessary pain in walking. I would highly recommend and the staff could not be more pleasant and accommodating. They were and are the best. My thanks to all!
Be very careful when dealing with these people. The therapist was fine but the office staff mis-represented to me and my referring physician 3 times that they are part of my insurance network. After 5 visits, I found they were not, and there response was that I shouldn't have taken their word that they were in network. Sounds like this must happen a lot with them. Very sorry I ever stepped foot in the door.
