BenchMark is an Outstanding Therapy Clinic. At the beginning, an evaluation is done with the Chief Therapist who then prescribes the best treatment for you. I am thankful they spend time going over your medical needs in therapy. The intake schedulers do a great job of planning your visits. The staff at BenchMark Physical Therapy in Demorest is the BEST. Not only do they do a fantastic job getting people back their mobility, they do it with a smile! I'm 2 months into a 4 month program and have always been treated with courtesy and friendliness.
The entire staff is courteous and friendly. I can't say enough about the great job they do. Yes...therapy hurts...but I always leave there feeling better than when I went in!
I want to thank everyone there at Benchmark, for being so awesome! I have been battling lower back and hip pain for years! Went twice for therapy and dry needling, and I could cry just thinking about how much better I feel. It was the best thing I ever did! RELIEF! I have absolutely NO pain! That’s 9 days! Having just completed six weeks of physical therapy for a complete knee replacement, I wanted to convey what a pleasant experience I received. Lori and Gracie are to be commended for their professional expertise in helping the patient reach the goal they are working toward. They were encouraging each visit, even though some of the therapy was challenging. I was most impressed by these young women and I will certainly recommend this facility in the future when I have the occasion to do so.
