Everyone was very nice. Craig, the PT, was awesome in explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. He gave me specific exercises to work on and told me the goal for therapy. I was very impressed with my first visit.
I went to this location for an injured shoulder. Craig and staff were great. Very personable, attentive and thoughtful in their approach. Office scheduler was very flexible with my chaotic schedule and constant changes. You can trust this team to understand your unique needs and focus on the areas that need healing. Highly recommend this office for your care.

My father had an appointment with this place last Thursday. Previously he had gone to the one on St Elmo and had a great experience. His appointment was for 7 am. Benchmark called him to remind him of his appointment on 2 occasions before the appointment. They also called my mother. The day before they called and changed his appointment to 1100 and told him to be there 20 early for paperwork. My father was on time as requested, he entered the office without acknowledgement.
