I was very impressed with the therapist who worked with me. She was clear, knowledgeable about my condition, and very focused on my movements. The facility was crowded, two times the patients compared to the other centers I attended. I have been asked to take an overseas assignment and was impressed with the receptionist who advised me on how to continue therapy on my return.
Gem and Alyssa took wonderful care of me for 15 weeks during my recovery from rotator cuff surgery. Always listened to my needs and provided excellent care. Highly recommend these ladies. I have to mention Maddie also at the front desk. Always so kind and helpful with scheduling and billing. I hope I only see you again to stop by to say hi:)
The physical therapists at the Callahan location, Gem and Alyssa, were kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. They helped me through a difficult and ongoing injury. I was given an early morning appointment so as to not interfere with my work schedule thanks in part to Maddie. I would highly recommend this location and to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Had a great experience through 2 knee replacement recoveries. Therapists and staff are amazing! They are professional, caring, encouraging, and fun! They made a challenging time very tolerable, and greatly contributed to my successful recovery.
