I HIGHLY recommend the services at BenchMark Physical Therapy. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and their main goal is to make sure you return to normal life as soon as possible. I had a very bad wrist sprain, and the pain was excruciating. I didn't know how they were going to get me past the pain, but they were so patient and worked hard to help my wrist and hand recover. To be able to have the full use of my hand again means everything to me. This team is amazing!
This was a great experience all around. Ryan, the PT in the Milford location takes the time to get to know all his patients and customizes your treatment plan to take your feedback into consideration. Highly recommend.

I went in for lower back pain, my therapist where amazing and helped in anyway I needed. I am now pain free 🤞 and even lost 20 pounds! I’m so sad to not see them anymore but will always recommend them all! Thank you guys! Dr Rucker and Dr Mike!
