Benchmark has been wonderful helping me thru the process of getting a headstone for my husband who passed in July. They let me know right up front if would be at least 6 months before it was completed, as did other monument places. I saved a ton of money and got a beautiful headstone made just like I wanted it. It was set a few weeks ago. I always got a phone call or email when I reached out to them. I am very pleased and thankful.
The finished product was great! They helped with installation and walked me through every step of the process. Although the communication was a little lackluster sometimes, it is definitely understandable as I had work done by them during the Pandemic.
