This is the best ambulance company I have ever seen. The ambulances are well serviced and the crews are professional and very kind. The dispatchers and office people go above and beyond to accommodate us and overall I feel very blessed to have found this service.

Horrible! 4.3 star is a stretch! Would not recommend it for any patient who needs transportation for any medical appointments. They didn’t show up twice and they dropped/canceled a 3rd trip at the 12th hour-the day off the appointment! Too many repetitive situations with this company that I don’t ever want to deal with again!
This company deserves more than 5 stars. They are family to us. They have yet to miss a step with my mother and I'm very selective on who I allow around my mom. We have been a part Benchmark family for about a year and a half. And we aren't going anywhere... Thanks A Million -Ms. Paula and I
