We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated with a great aesthetic throughout. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with easy beach access, it was the perfect place to enjoy 30A. The space was comfortable for everyone, and the wraparound deck was especially great for gathering while we rode out the tropical storm. This was our second trip to 30A, and this home made it even more memorable. Thank you for sharing such a special place—we’re already dreaming of our next stay!
We had a great stay! Our unit appeared to have been updated recently. It was clean and had clean white linen bedding. The furniture and appliances were nice and newer. The bathroom was nice. We stayed in unit 9, but we are looking to book Unit 1 for our next trip. Management checked in a few times via text to offer dinner recommendations and to check to see if we needed anything. Overall, a great place to stay. Nothing negative to report.
We rented a huge house in Watersound for two families of four. The house itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The price was reasonable for the accommodations. There was really no reason to leave the house except for the beach and groceries. The communication from Benchmark was great. We didn’t have any major issues and the little issues were addressed promptly. The entire process was seamless. I would definitely recommend staying here and may consider staying here again or at least another Benchmark property.
We had a great time. They were very responsive any time we had a question. My toddler had locked himself in a closet and we couldn’t get him out, we contacted the company and they were quick to try and get us help. Luckily my husband was able to get the door unlocked and get him out before they came, but we appreciated them helping. The house was beautiful and fully stocked. The pool was awesome. We will definitely be back
