If I could give this adgency no Stars I would. April the director and others has poor customer service, no integrity, and will lie on thier foster parents and the children. Currently, they are on heightened and monitoring, which means the state is not placing childern in the care of Benchmark. Please Beware!!!!!!!

What a WASTE OF GAS AND TIME driving to BEN BROOK NOT Fort Worth. The EMPLOYEES don’t know HOW TO GIVE simple DIRECTIONS. TOO FAR AWAY will seek a closer location and will be informing others to avoid the distance.

To many wanna be chiefs and not enough people who do their job. Hostile and extremely toxic work environment. The best part of the job was working with the foster children and the foster parents. Overworked, underpaid. Management is unprofessional, Jennifer is horrible, not personable at all and very demanding about a job that she doesn’t even know how to do. She texted my personal phone demanding that I do things! Please stay away from here!! There is no structure in management. They don't care about their employees.
