Pros: They typically do not work you on weekends, unless it us peak season for them. The Supervisors aside from uppermanagement have a great attitude and they understand the changing workforce. IT actually does their job and is quick about fixing technical issues. Most places I have worked for has had terrible IT. Negatives: Benchmark definitely under pays their employees.
