Beautiful place
Very secure gated community. The staff does a great job at maintaining the property. The landscape is nicely kept and the roads are properly maintained. Never had an issue with flooding. I've lived here for 5 years. The HOA is good about replacing fence and roof in a timely manner after damages due to natural disasters. People don't blast music nor do they drive fast inside. I'm a delivery driver with a speech disability. I was told all I had to do was call the office on the intercom to gain entry. Instead, the office assistant said they couldn't understand me. I requested that they let me come in to the office to talk in person due to my speech impediment. Instead they hung up on me and wouldn't pick back up; abandoning me at a closed gate with no way to get in and do my job. Office person, I also don't like that I sound like garbage, but at least I don't treat others like garbage.
