They do my classroom rugs every year and I'm always pleased. I recently used them to clean my sectional sofa. It now looks as good as the day I bought it and smells wonderful. They were very thorough and gave me some great information to help me keep my couch in great shape and stain free.

We used Benchmark to get pet urine odor out of a house that we purchased. The smell was awful and could be smelled walking up the stairs of the house. The odor in the room was horrible. It has been over 6 months since cleaning and the room still smells amazing. Reasonable pricing and amazing service.

I was moving out of my house and had an Open house the next day and we didn't know when the movers were coming or leaving, but they went out of their way to make sure that we got our carpet clean anyway. They were incredibly flexible and when they left, my carpets looked AMAZING and my house smelled AWESOME! They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them!!
