RecommendedBenchmark came out yesterday to clean our tile and a bedroom carpet. We have lived here for almost 6 years and I don’t believe the surfaces have ever been professional cleaned. It’s embarrassing to admit just how dirty my carpet was in the big room where the dogs have always hung out the most. We use our carpet cleaner but that thing just couldn’t handle the grossness. They do a very good job. They vacuum your floors 1st and then do the carpet cleaning. They are very punctual and very courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Craig with Benchmark Carpet Cleaning did an exceptional job cleaning our upholstered sectional sofa. Our pet had an accident on the sofa and we needed someone who could come out quickly and Craig found a way to fit us in the very next day! He was timely and the job was completed in just under an hour. The sofa hasn’t looked and smelled this nice since it did when we purchased it and we can’t wait to have him return to clean our carpets.
