There homes are low quality and if that's not bad enough there customer service is horrible. We have been in our home for approx. 18 months and are still dealing with getting them to do the punchlist items! And when they do send someone the repairs are horrible. I would not recommend buying a house from Bencmark you will have nothing but problems
