We will never use Benchmark again. Once they knew how much our budget was ($600, so not insubstantial), they did next to nothing to help our cat, said he was doing great, sent him home, and charged me more than our budget anyway for their minimal care. We lost him 3 days later after OSU couldn’t save him because of their negligence. We are heartbroken.
WE TOOK OUR LIL FURBABY BANCHEE TO THE ER AT PERKINS. HE WAS VERY SICK......WOULDNT EAT OR DRINK. SICK TO STOMACH AND BLOOD IN STOOL. NOT ONLY DID THESE PEOPLE AT THE VET ACT VERY PROFESSIONAL THEY TREATED US IN A VERY POLITE MANNER. THEY EVEN CALLED AND CHECKED ON HIM THE NEXT DAY. WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS AWESOME AND KIND. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE. BANCHEE IS NOT BACK TO HIS OLD SELF BUT HE IS DOING BETTER. THANKS TO THE FOLKS AT BENCHMARK.
