RecommendedI took my dog Rosie here this morning because she was having allergy symptoms. When I was driving home after the appointment, my tire started going flat. I figured I would take Rosie inside and go to the tire shop, but when I got in the house I found that my other dog Dixie had gotten into raisins. I rushed Dixie back to Benchmark on a flat tire and I was a mess when I arrived. They not only took care of her, but they put my donut on my car for me! My horse was hurt and I was a mess. Benchmark took excellent care of my girl and understood my messiness. Thank you to this group for taking such good care of her. We will be back, just hopefully under better circumstances. 😉😀

I honestly don’t know where we would be without Dr. Mauzerall. She is the best there is. She cares. She is compassionate. She is patient. I knew she was the vet for us when she talked baby talk to our pups when we took them in for check ups. She just understands that they are our family. She has helped us with our mastiffs since they were just a few weeks old, and now has helped us with our oldest, who we lost to Osteosarcoma. Thank you for being the calm in our storm. We appreciate you more than you could ever know.

Benchmark accepted our Border Collie, Marlie, as a new patient for what we thought was an emergent visit without question. All staff were excellent, from the initial phone call, to the man who took her into the office, to the doc who came out to our car to talk with us (due to COVID-19). You've gained fans and a new patient!
Dr. Mauzerall and her team always take excellent care of me and my horses. Their customer service, knowledge, and experience is top notch. Dr. Mauzerall has been there for us from emergencies to everyday needs. She always takes time to answer questions and make you feel important. Thanks for all you do for us!
