Beware Business Owners!!! All these google reviews currently are for disgruntled employees, probably mostly fake claims, but that's not Benchmark's customers, businesses are. We had Benchmark for 5 years for WC Insurance. Every claim we had was fraudulent, and they never EVER listened to us even when we provided facts and evidence that would destroy all of these claims in a jury trial. Horrible experience when getting payed by check have to wait an extra 10 days to receive your money when pay roll is due like if your rent and bills gives you extra 10 days this company is a scam been trying to get them to set me up with direct deposit but they don't know what they are doing no wonder they have 1 star reviews this company is a scam I don't even know how they are still in business!!!!!

If you are forced to deal with this company due to an injury at work, do yourself a favor and get an attorney!

I didn’t hear from the adjuster for 32 days!!!! THIRTY-TWO DAYS!! And the only reason I heard from her is because I had to go to HR and tell them that the adjuster hasn’t returned any calls or emails from myself or my doctor and physical therapist. I had to wait 2 weeks to even see my primary doctor because I didn’t have a claim number!
