Benchmark PT was very good for me. I believe the techs provided good guidance and were very helpful. The only thing I would like to see done a bit different is having a Tech assigned for a longer period of time. I believe the most number of visits I consecutively saw the same tech was 3 and that only happened one time. Most of the time, I was seeing a different tech each visit. I know they had notes from the previous visits, but my preference would be to be assigned to the same tech for a longer period of time.
The Bench Mark staff is excellent!
I had the best experience possible with the staff. They were very friendly and goal oriented. If I have the need for more physical therapy in the future it'll be here. I highly recommend them to anyone.
