My experience at BenchMark was a wonderful experience. I received a warm welcome at the beginning of each appointment as well as a very attentive therapist to work with me.
These people are very interactive with their patients. All of them, from the front desk to the therapists make this place a happy space to be. This is a big deal when your in incredible pain, feel hopeless and/or reluctant to think physical therapy will work. It does! I didn’t think I’d ever be able to do more than sit or lay down after my herniated disk healed but then disks slipped forward onto a nerve that went down my legs. The therapist here are the best. They really care about helping all patients get better. From the moment you walk in, they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Including the receptionist Cierra. Therapist Cat, Amy, Lauren and Tonja are the bee's knees. I would highly recommend them for all you therapy needs.
