Great friendly service. I have always disliked going to the dentist until going here. I feel at ease and they do everything in their power to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed. I have already rescheduled my next cleaning!
Came in for emergency broken crown. Dr Wilkinson & Bailee took great care of me in a timely & very caring & professional manner. I was even at work on time �
First of all, I don’t like going to the dentist. As a child I didn’t like it and definitely not as an adult since I was now paying for my dental care. I broke one of my front teeth and kept putting it off, then today another piece broke today making it very noticeable. I had to get it fixed. Staff was awesome they explained everything to me so I could understand. Wait time was quick just like the rest x-rays and all the good fun stuff. Can't wait for my next visit. To be pain free would be sweet. Can't stand having my mouth hurt..
Dr Wilkinson is awesome, and makes going to the dentist fun. Good chair side manner and very informative. Really set me at ease.
This is the nicest dental offices I've been to in a very long time. No judgement at all from anyone. I've always been very weird about going to the dentist. All the girls and Dr. Knowles make you feel very comfortable and are really sweet. I had to have a lot of work done about 6 months ago with IV sedation, An a month later a root canal with just numbing. Can I tell you how terrified I was OMG!!!. Very friendly staff and clean facility is what I loved about Bencaz Family Dentistry. Dr. Hu was very nice and the dental hygienist was awesome. The best cleaning I have ever had. Thank you all. I would recommend and I am recommending Bencaz to my family and friends.
