negligence – Doctor Enrique Benavides III. used a vaccum extractor on my babys head and caused a sugaleal hemorrhage and hypoxia to my baby and my baby stayed in San Antonio Methodist hospital for 1 month and half and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and microcephaly due to inappropriate use of vacuum extractor and failure to do c- section after numerous late heart deccelerations.
