I been coming here for over 7 years and I always have gotten great medical attention. I have a PA and she is amazing!!!!!! They are all amazing staff if very kind when they don’t pick up it’s prob because they take lunch from 12-2 but they always call u back !
I've been a patient at BenaCare for many years! I should have written this review years ago! The entire staff is amazing! My entire family has been seen by Dr. Benavidez and Daicy! They both have awesome bedside manners and genuinely care about your health! When my youngest was a baby, Dr. Benavidez did her well baby appointments! I can't say enough wonderful things about this medical center.
They’re ok when it comes to paying your co pay it seems like that’s what’s important for them but when it comes to attending your appointment they don’t have the service or attention to their patients. If I would have seen their reviews before calling them I would have never called.
Office staff tells you different things depending on who you talk to. Ashley just hung up on me after I asked to speak to someone else regarding a referral request. I asked Dr Benavidez for a referral to a dermatologist for concerns I was having and he said no. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Why can’t I get care? I don’t understand.
All of the staff is incredibly nice and caring. Not sure why they have poor reviews. In my experience they always are reassuring and hear every concern you have.
