So I just closed on a house October 31st 2025 with "Cole Nuthals" my first time buying a home. Within the second day I had a plumber here for leaking pipes, then the hot water heater went out. All this has happened in a two week time frame from buying the home. I was talking about this with friends of mine, they said you should have a "Home Warranty" I said I'd check into this.
