I am leaving at 2 only because Dr Wilson is a good doctor. Today after being an established patient at Hunt Regional Orthopedic I had a less than pleasant experience. I believe I've been going there for about 4 years I started out when they were in the hospital and I saw a female doctor when they moved behind the hospital I started seeing Dr Wilson I believe for the past 2 years. Usually don’t do this but had one of the worst experiences today when going in to there office I just wanted to make a simple appointment for my brother that’s been having knee pain. I had been trying to make an appointment by phone for the past couple days. They never answered so today on my lunch break I decided to go over there, but the lady in the front desk was rude and no help at all. Total knee replacement and dr wilson made me feel comfortable and took good care of me.
99% of the staff is awesome but no one ever answers the phone even if they are expecting a return phone call over an urgent matter.
It's always a pleasant visit,all of the staff are very friendly and courteous
