Ben specializes in assisting people who have been in the military. He was able to give me a lot of information and was very delightful to do business with. He took all of my concerns into consideration while helping me find my first house. Ben helped everything go smoothly as possible with all of the issues we ran into. Ben Williams is not the type of real estate agent you want to hire. If you have a problem in the process after the sale he will shrug you off and insult you over text messages. When confronted he will call you names and tell you it’s to bad for you. In my instance the home inspector missed many issues that Cost me thousands to remedy. The home inspection company even offered me a refund but it was not accepted because they wanted me to sign a release.
