Ben said he does not know how to provide a receipt when I asked him for one to declare for tax! This is rather strange for any company. He also does not like rsponding to emails and in the event, misses a lot of information such as the address of the place to paint or where to collect keys. Instead, he will text just before doing the job and this became very stressful when I was not able to answer straight away.
