I report police and manager. they dont give a care about us. They do nothing. Some bums keep break in and stole my stuff for few time. I called police repeat. they still do nothing! Ben White Mini Storage care your money than your things.they will not help you at all. DO NOT COME to Ben White Mini Storage!!!
Now taken over by a large corporate entity, Storage Star, I've been a tenant here for years. Stephen, the on-site GM, is an excellent manager. Definitely how you would want your storage facility run. Although the prices have doubled in recent years, they're competitive for the area.
Who ever bought this co. has no concept of customer service or loyalty. They keep making errors and still charging a late fee, when it was thier fault. Too bad they will lose a lot of people of thier greed. $20 dollars at a time, plus they charge $10/ month for insurance, not optional, was never needed before.:(
