Unacceptable wait time for shot appointments, depending on which doctor has referred you. Staff does not return phone calls. Doc's bedside manner is great but follow-up and scheduling is a horror!
Dr Wall is an excellent doc; he's nice, friendly, great bedside manners and has helped me so much. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. The staff is always nice even when they are extremely busy. If you need a good PM doc, please see Dr. Wall.
Cold, uncaring, and rude. Displayed zero interest in helping me. Told me that "Everybody is very busy around here." Told me to get an MRI. His staff would not allow me to make a follow up appointment to discuss the results. The staff said that Dr. Wall would call me to discuss the results. Five months later, he has never called. The next time my back goes, I'll be getting on a plane to New Jersey where I can actually receive medical treatment.
Dr. Wall is not only a wonderful person, but a wonderful doctor as well. His bedside manner is impeccable and he helped my husband tremendously. I am in the medical profession and would highly recommend Dr. Wall!
Educated, friendly, helpful and listens to what you are saying to him. Seems to always has the answers and make you feel better and you feel confident in what he is stating.
