What a joke! Everyone one that I dealt with while building our home was completely unprofessional, dishonest, and condescending. Craftsmanship is non existent. This company throws houses together knowing that they are not going to fix anything that's wrong and they will not answer your phone calls. Quality you can trust??? Should your two week before closing walk thru repairs takes 3 months to complete? Should sunlight be shining thru your attic wall? Should you have ½ gap in your bathroom tile floor? Shouldn’t your weight bearing wall actually sit completely on its footer? I doubt I will ever buy another Ben Testerman home.
